Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order within 14 days from the day you received the item.

HOW TO USE OUR RETURN SERVICE

Shipments to Spain:

Peninsula: 1-3 working days.
Balearic Islands: 2-5 working days.
Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 working days.

Europe: 3-5 working days

Any claim related to the delivery of products must be submitted within 14 business days after receiving the item.

For any return to BIBIS articles will need o be shipped back to us in their original state (packaging, accessories, etc) according to the following conditions:

. The customer must contact customer service first by email at info@bibis.es

. The Product must be returned to BIBIS: C/Paseo de Gracia 117, Pral 1a. Barcelona, 08008, Spain

. Shipping costs will be at client’s charge.

. Once the return is approved (the company will first check that it is in perfect condition), you will get your refund in the same way you paid for the item within 14 business days after receiving the item.

Returning an item is free of charge.
